Terms of Service

sociallinks.dev is operated by Byte Size Curiosity LLC, a New York limited liability company with a mailing address at 41 State Street, Suite 112, Albany, NY 12207 (“we”, “us” or “our”). We also operate YouTube Transcript (youtubetranscript.dev).

By creating an account, buying credits or running a lookup on sociallinks.dev you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You give us one public creator profile URL (for example an Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X profile). We search publicly available information for that creator's accounts on other platforms, use an AI model to judge whether each candidate is the same creator, and show you the results together with the evidence behind them.

Results are probabilistic suggestions, not facts. A lookup can miss accounts, include accounts that turn out not to belong to the creator, or show out-of-date details such as follower counts. Check anything important before you rely on it.

sociallinks.dev uses the same sign-in as YouTube Transcript: one account works on both sites. Credits are separate — sociallinks.dev credits can only be used here, and YouTube Transcript credits or plans can't be used here. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure
• Be responsible for everything done through your account
• Tell us promptly at support@youtubetranscript.dev if you think someone else has accessed it

sociallinks.dev is usage-based and prepaid. There is no subscription and no commitment.

• You buy one-time credit packs. Nothing renews and you are never charged automatically.
• Each lookup that finds at least one account uses 1 credit. Lookups that find nothing, or fail, use none. Bulk lookups are charged the same way, row by row.
• If a lookup fails to complete, its credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Purchased credits don't expire. They stay in your account for as long as it's open and the service runs.
• New accounts receive 3 free credits. Free credits have no cash value and may change or end at any time.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account and only work on sociallinks.dev.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. We may change prices for future purchases; credits you've already bought are not affected.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

• Within 30 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a full refund of that pack as long as none of its credits have been used.
• Credits already spent on completed lookups are not refundable.
• Requests for partly used packs, or after 30 days, are considered case by case.
• Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.
• When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your balance.

To ask for a refund, email support@youtubetranscript.dev with the subject “Refund Request — [your account email]” and the date of the purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

sociallinks.dev is for researching public creator presences — for example for partnerships, marketing or research. You agree not to:

• Use results to stalk, harass, threaten, dox or intimidate anyone
• Try to uncover private or non-public information about a person, or look up private individuals who aren't public creators
• Use the service in breach of any law, including privacy, data-protection and anti-spam laws
• Get around rate limits, free-lookup limits or credit metering, for example with multiple accounts or automated traffic
• Attack, probe or overload our systems, or access them other than through the website or documented API
• Resell or bulk-redistribute results as a dataset without our written permission

Profiles, names, images and other content shown in results belong to their owners. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners; sociallinks.dev is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You are responsible for how you use any information you find.

The sociallinks.dev website, software, design and branding are owned by Byte Size Curiosity LLC. You may use results for your own business or research purposes in line with these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Searches and AI verification depend on third-party providers that can change or fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for sociallinks.dev credits in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; credits in an account closed for abuse are forfeited. If we ever shut sociallinks.dev down, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused purchased credits.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York.
