What counts as one lookup?
One creator: the profile you paste plus every other account we find for them, with the evidence. However many platforms turn up, it is 1 credit.
Am I charged when nothing is found?
No. A credit is used only when we find at least one account beyond the one you pasted. Lookups that find nothing, and lookups that fail, cost nothing. The same rule applies to every row of a bulk list.
What does it cost in dollars?
8.5¢ per creator on Starter, down to 5.7¢ on Agency. A 500-creator list is about $28 to $43, and less if some rows find nothing.
Is there a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time payments, and credits never expire. Buy again only when you run out.
What if I look up the same creator twice?
It's free. If your account paid for a creator in the last 30 days, looking them up again costs nothing, in bulk lists too. Free repeats are per account: a teammate on a different account pays for their own first lookup.
Can I run a whole list?
Yes. Paste or upload up to 500 profile links on the Bulk page. Each row is charged only if it finds accounts, and you can download everything as a CSV.
Can I try it first?
Yes. New accounts get 3 free lookups, and they follow the same rule: used only when we find something.
